I use these to develop a customized training program for each of my clients, tailored toward his/her wishes, allowing the client to reach their stated goals in a reasonable time frame.

I particularly pay attention to your posture and technique to make sure you do not get hurt. I am also very focused on finding the right kind of challenge for you.
