My Personal Training Program is designed to fit your lifestyle. My prices range from $90-$125 for a 55 Minute session. That includes a fitness evaluation, body fat testing, body composition measurements, and nutrition recommendations. I will take you through designed workouts that are specifically designed for you and your goals. Whether it be to lose weight/ body fat, gain muscle, improve posture and flexibility, or sports performance my workouts will teach you proper form and technique to maximize your time in the gym while reducing your risk of injured
**Starter Pack 3-5 Sessions for $375-$625**
-1-10/ 55 Min. Sessions = $100.00~ 1-10x 100= $1000
-15/ 55 Min. Sessions = $95.00~ 15 x 95= $1425
-20-30/ 55Min. Sessions = $90.00~ 20 x 90= $1800
~ 25 x 90= $2,250
~ 30 x 90 = $2,700
30 Minute Sessions - are priced at $60.00 a session
Partner Training Sessions - are available for 130$ for 55 Minutes per couple
